Gisterochtend, 17 mei, werd slechts twee uur voor aanvang van de zitting bekend dat de gehele zittingsdag niet door ging. De reden hiervoor werd niet bekend gemaakt.

Hoe dan ook, wij laten ons niet demotiveren door al deze belachelijk korte of zelfs gecancelde zittingen. Wij blijven strijden voor Peike’s vrijheid, en tot die tijd: kom allemaal naar Hamburg, om Peike en het gerechtshof te tonen dat we solidair zullen blijven, wat ze ook doen.

Yesterday morning, the 17th of May, two hours before the start of the hearing, the judge cancelled the entire court day. The reason for cancelling was not made public.

However, we will not be demotivated by these ridiculously short or cancelled hearings. We will keep fighting for Peike’s freedom, and until then – come to Hamburg, to show Peike and the court that we will stay in solidarity, whatever they do.
